Entopia, formerly the Penang Butterfly Farm, has been unveiled after 14 months of major redevelopment works. Over 400 guests attended the reopening event, including honorary consul members from Europe, China, Russia, China, Thailand and YB Chow Kon Yeow, the EXCO for the Local Government who represented the Chief jinister of Penang, YAB Lim Guan Eng. The event featured a ribbon cutting ceremony, live entertainment performances introducing the learning destination’s mascots, a book launch by Japanese photographer Kazuo Unmo, and a mass butterfly release in the park.
Entopia boasts one of the largest green walls in jalaysia, its building façade pocketed by thousands of plants covering over 2,000 square feet of wall space.
