AVIAREPS ex­pands op­er­a­tions to Azer­bai­jan & Ge­or­gia

Global leader in tourism, avi­a­tion and hospi­tal­ity rep­re­sen­ta­tion AVIAREPS has ex­panded its in­ter­na­tional mar­ket pres­ence with the open­ing of an of­fice in Azer­bai­jian’s cap­i­tal, Baku. The open­ing of the Baku of­fice marks the 61st es­tab­lish­ment within the AVIAREPS group and ex­tends its net­work to 46 coun­tries world­wide. Helm­ing the new of­fice is Coun­try Man­ager, Ms. Ayan Zey­nalova, a grad­u­ate from Azer­bai­jan Tourism In­sti­tute and Krems Univer­sity in Aus­tria. Zey­nalova pre­vi­ously held po­si­tions at the Azer­bai­jan Con­ven­tion Bureau fo­cus­ing on in­ter­na­tional pro­mo­tions and MICE devel­op­ment. The new of­fice is lo­cated in the Khatai district, min­utes away from the city cen­tre and from the world-fa­mous Hey­dar Aliyev Cen­tre. With a pop­u­la­tion of 9.9 mil­lion, Azer­bai­jan is the forth largest econ­omy in the Com­mon­wealth of In­de­pen­dent States (CIS). The coun­try re­ported over 5.1 mil­lion out­bound trips by lo­cals in 2016.
