Modern French fine din­ing hotspot, en­fin by James Won, re­cently launched brand new menus that show­case ex­cit­ing new culi­nary tech­niques and lo­cal pro­duce har­vested from its own farm. The ex­panded a la carte lunch menu in­cludes eight seafood mains and can also be en­joyed as a three­course de­gus­ta­tion menu for RM128 per pax. High­lights of the din­ner de­gus­ta­tion (four or five-course, RM388 and RM438 per pax) in­clude the squid ink mac­a­roons, mush­room tex­tures tartare with truf­fled yolk, and the North Sea White Cod with house tuak fer­men­ta­tion. Op­tional al­co­hol pair­ings are avail­able.
