Modern French fine dining hotspot, enfin by James Won, recently launched brand new menus that showcase exciting new culinary techniques and local produce harvested from its own farm. The expanded a la carte lunch menu includes eight seafood mains and can also be enjoyed as a threecourse degustation menu for RM128 per pax. Highlights of the dinner degustation (four or five-course, RM388 and RM438 per pax) include the squid ink macaroons, mushroom textures tartare with truffled yolk, and the North Sea White Cod with house tuak fermentation. Optional alcohol pairings are available.
