All F45’s 27 workouts are Hiit-based; Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays concentrate on cardio, while Tuesdays and Thursdays are for strength, and Saturday is the all-in-one super circuit. 3. An app that allows you to share your training data and compare it with friends at other F45 gyms around the world is in development. 4. The Functional 45 Training App keeps track of your fitness progress and suggests healthy recipes for mealtimes. It’s available for Android and IOS. 5. F45 will open more gyms in Damansara Heights and TTDI this year.
