All F45’s 27 work­outs are Hiit-based; Mon­days, Wed­nes­days and Fri­days con­cen­trate on car­dio, while Tues­days and Thurs­days are for strength, and Saturday is the all-in-one su­per cir­cuit. 3. An app that al­lows you to share your train­ing data and com­pare it with friends at other F45 gyms around the world is in de­vel­op­ment. 4. The Func­tional 45 Train­ing App keeps track of your fit­ness progress and sug­gests healthy recipes for meal­times. It’s avail­able for An­droid and IOS. 5. F45 will open more gyms in Da­mansara Heights and TTDI this year.
