1. Freestyle Group Training classes are conducted in back-to-back sessions at Fitness First Paradigm Mall, so if you have enough energy, join both for a comprehensive workout. 2. The classes are designed to be progressively harder, with one ‘run’ lasting three classes, so it’s best not to miss any to ensure you keep improving. 3. Changing stations can be a bit chaotic, so make sure you replace the weights properly before moving on so that others don’t waste time looking for the right ones. 4. Try to push yourself hard, but recognise your limits – don’t get to the point when you feel dizzy or nauseous. 5. Don’t be the person that picks 60 seconds of burpees in the mini games. Just don’t.
