NEW FOUNDER, PARSONS XTREME GOLF
Nationality: American Disruption: It is Parsons’ thing. It always has been.
He knows technology: The Harley Davidson-riding entrepreneur sold his startup company, Parsons Technology, for $64 million at the age of 43 and then set up GoDaddy, one of the first internet site builders. He has since turned his attention to golf, having launched his PXG club line and using his huge wallet to lure a host of Tour players to use them, including Zach Johnson and Billy Horschel.
Money talks: PXG clubs come with a big price tag, supported by some equally startling claims for their quality from the owner. Money certainly talks, and Parsons has a great deal of it.
