Dutch Chef Richard van Oosten­brugge from Two Miche­lin-starred Bord’Eau will an­chor the up­com­ing event in May

The sec­ond edi­tion of the 2017 Art at Cu­rate din­ing se­ries will take place from 5 to 13 May 2017. Re­sorts World Sen­tosa (RWS) is de­lighted to present ac­claimed Dutch Chef Richard van Oosten­brugge who heads Two Miche­lin-starred restau­rant Bord'Eau in Am­s­ter­dam, as the guest chef for the es­teemed event. Af­ter a suc­cess­ful de­but in April 2016, an in­creas­ing amount of in­trigu­ing cuisines are com­ing to Sin­ga­pore and el­e­vate the ex­pe­ri­ence of fine din­ing from the land of wind­mills, creamy cheeses and blooming tulips.

Chef van Oosten­brugge be­gan his ca­reer in Gs­taad, Switzer­land where he picked up some culi­nary skills from work­ing along­side top chefs. He was of­ten praised for ex­act­ing

French cook­ing tech­niques and later on braved him­self to join lux­u­ri­ous

Ho­tel De L'Europe in Am­s­ter­dam as Ex­ec­u­tive Chef in 2010. Within two years of open­ing Bord'Eau, the restau­rant re­ceived its first Miche­lin star un­der his culi­nary di­rec­tion, fol­lowed by Two Miche­lin Stars in 2014.

Gour­mands can ex­pect to savour his mas­ter­pieces such as Potato ‘os a moelle' lozere veal tartare with Kaluga caviar; Lan­gous­tine poached in duck fat with ‘kat­suobushiAl­bufeira' and cof­fee; Sea bass with co­conut-lime sauce and veg­etable salad; Duck liver steamed on sea­weed broth with ume­boshi; and his sig­na­ture Green Ap­ple dessert.

Art at Cu­rate is sep­a­rated into three in­stal­la­ments, with the sec­ond and third tak­ing place in Au­gust and Oc­to­ber. Be pre­pared to wel­come Chef Kang Min­goo from Miche­lin-starred Min­gles in Seoul, Korea and Chef Alexan­dreDion­i­sio from Two Miche­lin-starred La Villa in the Sky in Brus­sels, Bel­gium.
