Organize etiquette days

Forget telling off a stubborn golfer. Or, one that doesn’t care. Clubs and its Committee members should make it mandatory for new members to sit for a basic etiquette test to plant the seeds early.
If they don’t know how to repair a pitch mark, we teach them. Existing members should be given a refresher course too.
Otherwise, we will constantly face golfers who talk loudly, leave their hand phone ringtones on and not rake the bunkers.
