Respect Is The Key Word

Dear editor, your commentary last month (November issue) certainly hits the nail on the head. With the general golfing population already lacking basic etiquette, rude golfers are the last people we need on this planet.

Threatening people’s livelihood and using their connections to influence a tournament’s rules and regulations must not be accepted. I beg of event managers not to bow down to their empty threats, and likewise, companies involved in corporate golf should not accept last minute entry request from their “brothers”.

It is time Malaysians learn to say no to bad humans and bad habits.
