This in­ti­mate art space pays homage to a col­lec­tion of art­work that cel­e­brates dance, in par­tic­u­lar tra­di­tional In­dian dances. Its walls are adorned with dancers in mid-mo­tion in a va­ri­ety of me­dia in­clud­ing pho­tog­ra­phy, paint­ings, and sketches. Su­tra Gallery serves as a plat­form for lo­cal and in­ter­na­tional artists who are able to in­ter­act with dancers through the gallery’s unique res­i­dency pro­gram cul­mi­nat­ing in the ex­hi­bi­tion of their works.
