Breakfast: “A power smoothie packed with bananas, dragonfruit, mango, almonds, and kale. If I can’t find kale, I usually substitute with sweet potato leaves or kailan. It is super yummy and keeps me going.” Lunch: “I usually pick up a sandwich or wrap, full of lettuce and tomatoes, dressed with honey mustard sauce. On my days off, I like Matsuya for a Japanese meal.” Dinner: “I tend to avoid carbs. I eat out most of the time, and I would normally order chicken with sausage and vegetables, or salad, and a bowl of soup.” Dessert: “I always scan the dessert menu first at every sit-down meal. Crème brûlée and cookies are my guilty pleasures. My mum is Nyonya, and her meals are the best.”

FITNESS

“I do Powerplate, and this insane 45-minute session with my trainer Dan. It’s a mix of Tabata, partnerbased workouts, and major cardio – quite like boot camp.”

“What works for me are SK-II Facial Treatment Essence, Estée Lauder Advanced Night Repair, and masks from Aesop.I don’t have a signature look but I do love a smokey eye. I don’t always have the time and luxury to soak in a bath tub but when I do it’s with Jo Malone, Aesop,- and Laura Mercier Crème Brûlée.”
