“Break­fast: “Ce­real, fruits, and orange juice, or toast and English Break­fast or green tea.” Lunch: “I love Malaysian favourites − chicken rice or noo­dles. Oth­er­wise, it’s salad and a sand­wich.” Din­ner: “I make sure I get enough greens and pro­tein. Love hav­ing Ja­panese at Kam­pachi, Thai, and Salero Ne­gori.” Dessert: “I try to stay away from in­dul­gences but when I crave choco­lates, I’ll have Go­diva and Fa­mous Amos cook­ies. The peach and ba­nana crum­ble from Alexis is great, too.”

FIT­NESS

“For yoga, I go to a place called Yogshakti. It’s in a quiet bungalow sur­rounded by trees and fresh air; a dream-come-true for all yo­gis. I don’t run out­doors; the fric­tion caused by run­ning on tar­mac is bad for my knees. I bought a tread­mill be­cause I like to sing while I run – now no one has to have their eardrums pierced while I do so! I also train with my chore­og­ra­pher at The Royal Phan­tom Dance Stu­dio.”

BEAUTY

“My skin­care is from De­cléor. Be­cause I wear so much make-up on­stage, I go min­i­mal when off-duty. My all-time favourites are MAC, Nars, and Il­la­masqua. Red­ken and my hair­styl­ist Lois Lee take care of th­ese tresses. Scent-wise, Lan­vin Ar­pege is so ver­sa­tile, you can wear it any­where. And I love to unwind with Laura Mercier Honey Bath Lo­tion.”
