“Breakfast: “Cereal, fruits, and orange juice, or toast and English Breakfast or green tea.” Lunch: “I love Malaysian favourites − chicken rice or noodles. Otherwise, it’s salad and a sandwich.” Dinner: “I make sure I get enough greens and protein. Love having Japanese at Kampachi, Thai, and Salero Negori.” Dessert: “I try to stay away from indulgences but when I crave chocolates, I’ll have Godiva and Famous Amos cookies. The peach and banana crumble from Alexis is great, too.”

“For yoga, I go to a place called Yogshakti. It’s in a quiet bungalow surrounded by trees and fresh air; a dream-come-true for all yogis. I don’t run outdoors; the friction caused by running on tarmac is bad for my knees. I bought a treadmill because I like to sing while I run – now no one has to have their eardrums pierced while I do so! I also train with my choreographer at The Royal Phantom Dance Studio.”

“My skincare is from Decléor. Because I wear so much make-up onstage, I go minimal when off-duty. My all-time favourites are MAC, Nars, and Illamasqua. Redken and my hairstylist Lois Lee take care of these tresses. Scent-wise, Lanvin Arpege is so versatile, you can wear it anywhere. And I love to unwind with Laura Mercier Honey Bath Lotion.”
