Breakfast: “Before anything, I drink a glass of warm water with fresh lemon to kick-start my digestive system. I try to make myself a high-energy meal. I like flour-free seed bread with manuka honey and nuts. I am a big fan of papaya and bananas, and I have just started to take rolled oats with flax and chia seeds.” Lunch: “Usually a quick sandwich or salad, with banana leaf and nasi kandar on the odd occasion.” Dinner: “I love grilled fish but I also crave meat every other day. I try to have more veggies and meat on the plate with carbs taking the least space.” Dessert: “My foodie splurges are usually on holidays. I indulge my sweet tooth with dairy-free dark chocolate ice-cream, Ladurée macarons, Royce chocolate, white truffle and gourmet teas, and chocolate hazelnut cake from Marquis.”

FITNESS

“I go horseback riding in Bukit Kiara, play tennis, and in addition to that, hit up Bodytone Studio for my Powerplate sessions with my trainer twice a week. I try to also squeeze in a session of yoga if my schedule permits.”

BEAUTY

“My skin doctor keeps my skin taut and bright with a non-invasive, radio frequency treatment. I down two wheatgrass shots daily for healthy skin and hair. I never sleep with make-up on and always drink loads of water.

For make-up, I am a huge fan of Urban Decay and Tom Ford. I believe less is more; go easy on the foundation and choose features to highlight. I like Bare Minerals as it is a light-textured powder with good coverage. Argan oil works wonders keeping my curls soft. Hammam gives the best body scrub but at home it’s Asian Potions − bath goodies that are chemical-free and smell delicious.”
