Get your hubby to stand close to a wall, fac­ing away from it with his feet apart. He then leans back and gets into a squat po­si­tion, his thighs par­al­lel to the floor and arms raised over­head with his shoul­ders pressed against the wall. Stand in front of your part­ner, fac­ing away from him. Squat, then put your palms on his knees, fin­gers fac­ing for­ward. Lower your­self by bend­ing your el­bows at a 90-de­gree an­gle, then press back up. Do this 10 times as your part­ner hold his po­si­tion, then switch. THE WORK­OUT:
