Push-up with squat

Start by low­er­ing your body to the floor in the push-up po­si­tion. Then, have your part­ner hold your feet in his hands. As you lower your­self down for a push-up, your part­ner should si­mul­ta­ne­ously lower his body into a squat, all while keep­ing his arms straight and en­gag­ing his mus­cles. Do 10 to 20 reps in each po­si­tion. THE WORK­OUT:
