When we go clothes shopping, we often bring our loved ones along and ask for their second opinion. But, sometimes, we get a professional personal stylist to help us so we don’t regret our purchase. Likewise, when we’re looking for the perfect foundation shade or lip colour for our skin tone, a store assistant will help us achieve that flawless look. The same goes for selecting the perfect eyewear, whether it’s a statement piece or for daily wear. However, a study has shown that 91 per cent of customers struggle with choosing the right eyewear to fit their unique face shape and style.

First impressions count

When you look at a person, you’ll notice their faces first. There’s where eyewear comes in to create a good first impression – and it’s as important as strutting out in your best outfit. There are many styles to pick from: the ‘Harry Potter’ round glasses to the classic aviator, clubmaster, cat-eye, and many more.

Customised shopping

With more choices comes the dilemma of narrowing down your options and finding the most flattering pair. A new campaign, ‘Which Frame Fits You’, addresses this challenge. A first-of-its-kind service, it offers you a personal consultant at selected optical stores from now until 28th September 2017. Accredited frame consultants will walk you through a few simple steps before you try on different eyewear. First, they’ll identify what kind of face shape you have and share which styles complement it. You’ll then move on to picking the colours that would flatter your skin tone. All throughout this process, the friendly consultants will recommend frames to you based on your lifestyle and personality.
