Brew some deep blue tea, or add the powder to coconut water and honey for a tastier concoction. Separate the liquid into three bowls – squeeze some lemon juice into the second and more into the third. Pour your first bowl into the ice cream moulds – filling them only halfway – and place them in the freezer. Once semi-frozen, add on another layer from the second bowl to create an ombre effect, before topping them all off with the liquid from the third bowl. In between layering, add fresh butterfly pea flowers (pushing them down with a chopstick) – the semi-frozen consistency will ensure they are uniformly distributed. All you’ll have to do is brew some blue tea and pop them into the freezer to turn them into ice cubes. Just add them to a glass of lemonade and watch as your drink slowly turns colour.
