If you’re look­ing for a ro­man­tic night out for two, look no fur­ther than CURATE, helmed by chef Ben­jamin Halat, who en­joys push­ing the culi­nary bound­aries of flavours and tech­niques. Un­for­get­table taste! My favourite of the night was, un­doubt­edly, the di­vine foie gras gateau with red port wine jelly and Szechuan pep­per brioche.
