Grilled Whole­meal Fa­jita Burger

IN­GRE­DI­ENTS

120g chicken breast 1 tsp black pep­per A pinch of salt 50g tomato 50g Ja­panese cu­cum­ber 10g shal­lots 10g red cap­sicum 1 tsp canola oil 1 whole­meal tor­tilla 50g ripe avo­cado

METHOD

1. In a bowl, mari­nade chicken breast with black pep­per and salt. Mix well. Place shal­lots and cap­sicum on the cen­ter of an alu­minum foil; sprin­kle with canola oil. Fold over alu­minum foil to cover all in­gre­di­ents. 2. Roast veg­eta­bles and chicken over a grill, on low heat, for about 10 to 13 min­utes or un­til 73.8°C and veg­eta­bles are soft. 3. Serve roasted chicken on a tor­tilla with veg­eta­bles and avo­cado.
