Zuc­chini Soup

100g yel­low zuc­chini 70g car­rot 50g onion 100g low-fat milk

METHOD

1. Boil all veg­eta­bles un­til ten­der. Then, blend un­til pureed. 2. Place all in­gre­di­ents in a pan and cook un­til well-mixed. 3. Serve with gar­lic bread or whole­grain bun.
