Q: With the food cul­ture from your own her­itage, cou­pled with the French tech­niques of Le Cordon Bleu, how do you com­bine the two to make your own unique style work?

A: I find it very ex­cit­ing to work on this com­bi­na­tion, as it is al­ways a chal­lenge. The most im­por­tant point to keep in mind when­ever I try out new tech­niques and recipes is that I re­spect each cui­sine’s tra­di­tions and the his­tory be­hind it.
