D: Users are now more informed as the internet offers such a huge platform of information. They want to know what’s in their kitchen, if they are able to do customisations, because it should be their kitchen, an individual kitchen, and not a mass product kitchen that you can buy at any basic retailer. But in the past, I think you go to a local carpenter and he decides for you what you need and you cannot really choose or put a personal touch to it. We need to give this solution and offer a lot more information to the end-user and to make it more accessible.
