Lucky Draw Winners at KL International Motor Show
Winners walked Away with keys to New honda and toyota cars
In March, Honda Malaysia and UMW Toyota Motors handed over the keys of a Honda CR-Z and a Toyota Prius 1.8L Luxury to the Kuala Lumpur International Motor Show 2013 (KLIMS13) lucky draw winners Poopaladurai A/L Selvadura from Melaka and Lee Min Foong from Perak, respectively. Visitors to KLIMS13 had the chance to win one of the two sponsored cars though the lucky draw.
The winning duo had their names drawn from a pool of 302,715 visitors that came for the event at Putra World Trade Centre (PWTC) from November 15 to November 24 last year. The draw was conducted by Malaysian Automotive Association’s President Datuk Aishah Ahmad at the KLIMS13 Gala Dinner on November 29, in the presence of exhibitors and press.
Lee Min Foong commented that when he was informed by the organizers, he didn’t believe them until he had seen the announcement on the KLIMS13 Facebook page. Poopaladurai said that he didn’t expect to win the grand prize and he went to KLIMS with his friends to check out the car exhibits.
Each edition of KLIMS offers visitors the chance to win a brand new car, with last year’s car show being the first time KLIMS offered two vehicles to be won. In line with the 2013 motor show’s theme of ‘Efficiency in Motion’, the two cars are suitably hybrid models.
