THE BUSINESS SIDE OF THINGS

HWM (Malaysia) - - SPECIAL -

On the subject of business, Samsung also introduced two new printer ranges for the corporate world. The company unveiled a mono laser printer, the Xpress M2885 series, and a color laser printer, the Xpress C1865 series. As their names would denote, these printers were designed to offer fast printing speeds for both documents and images. But Samsung had gone a step further by incorporating NFC and Wi-Fi Direct technology into these printers. Effectively, this makes both models compatible with any smart device that is NFC-capable (in this case, a Samsung smartphone or tablet would suffice).

Beyond the presentation, the halls also showcased a lot of other electronics. One such device that caught our eye was the company’s professional displays. These displays aren’t your conventional display solutions and are usually used in more commercial areas, such as shopping malls or corporate buildings. Usually, the image quality on these displays tends to be relatively grainy, but again, as before, these displays definitely showed a great deal of clarity and sharpness in its imaging.

Samsung’s new Professional Displays made headway at the Forum.
