A COMPILATION OF THE BENCHMARK RESULTS
When a new PC is assembled, one of the first things to do is run some benchmarks. That’s precisely what we did, to get a better idea of just how powerful this new rig is. Here are the numbers.
PCMark 8 is a benchmark that measures the overall performance of a PC for Windows 8. This system managed a score of 6,421, which is a score that’s incredibly impressive.
This benchmark helps to determine a system’s performance in a Windows 7 environment. During our benchmarking session, this system was able to produce 5,125, which is a score that’s above average.
3DMARK FIRE STRIKE
3DMark is the latest gaming benchmark for DirectX 11 games and Fire Strike is a suite that’s designed to push even high-end systems to the limit. When we ran it, we obtained 7,732, which is a rather impressive number.
3DMARK SKY DIVER
Sky Diver is another suite in 3DMark. It is optimized to determine how well mid-range PCs handle games. In this benchmark, the system got a score of 22,831, which is incredibly high. Based on the results of the benchmarks, it’s clear that this system is more than capable of running the latest games. The benchmarks also prove that you’ll be getting very fast performance in tasks other than gaming, as proved in PCMark 8 and PCMark 7.
