by Say what you want, but music players and home audio entertainment systems have become all the rage now. There's a speaker for just about every occasion, whether it's a sound bar that plays from the comfort of your home or a portable speaker for your everyday traveling convenience. LG takes the whole concept of audio immersion by allowing your favorite music to literally flow from one of their MusicFlow speakers to another seamlessly. If you're a lucky owner of the Music Flow H7 and Music Flow P7, here's how you can connect them together. STEP 1: DOWNLOAD THE MUSIC FLOW PLAYER APP The first thing you'll want to do is to download LG's Music Flow Player app. You can download it via Google's Play Store, or if you happen to be using an Apple device, download the app via Apple's App Store. Alternatively, you can manually pair it with your device as you would with other Bluetooth speakers, but without the app, you won't be able to take advantage of the Music Flow technology. STEP 2: CHOOSE YOUR METHOD OF PAIRING This should go without saying, but once you've downloaded the app, you can begin by connecting either of the speakers. With the Music Flow P7, simply connect it via Bluetooth.
The Music Flow H7 can be connected in a myriad of ways. Like the Music Flow P7, you can pair this speaker either via Bluetooth or via Wi-Fi through the Music Flow Player app. With a Wi-Fi connection, however, you will need to connect the Music Flow H7 directly to your home's network via a LAN cable.
If your device happens to have NFC, you can also just pair your device with (just) the Music Flow H7 by tapping the NFC modules of your smartphone and the Music Flow H7 together.
If you’re going to connect the Music Flow H7 to your home network, you’ll need a LAN connection to your Wi-Fi Router.
STEP 3: PAIR BOTH SPEAKERS ON YOUR DEVICE On the Music Flow Player app, enter the options section of the app and choose the “Add Devices” option. From there, choose the method of pairing you want, then follow the instructions in order to pair your speakers, and you're done! Now, you can place your speakers in different rooms of your house so long as you're connected to both devices, your music will always keep playing until you decide to pause it or turn off your Bluetooth.
