For a short throw projector, Acer’s K138ST paints a pretty clear picture on the wall.

Well, we’re breaking the silent in this month’s issue, and to do so, we’ll be seeing if Acer’s K138ST ticks all the right boxes as a projector.

To state the obvious, the K138ST is a portable projector. But this isn’t your run-of-themill portable projector that feels like it weighs a metric ton every time you have to carry it over your shoulder. It’s lightweight and easy to carry around, thanks to the carrying case that Acer has so kindly provided with it. That factor alone makes it the ideal traveling companion for road trips or vacation with family and friends who want to end the day with a good movie projected on the wall of their hotel room or in the bright outdoors.
