COMPACT. FUN. SMART. Dynamic Design In Good Hands Powerful, Yet Poised Smart and Intuitive Inner Brilliance

The appeal of owning an SUV has increased exponentially over the recent few years, thanks to the introduction of more comfortable and luxurious vehicles in this segment. Not wanting to adhere to the standard of normalcy though, Honda has introduced the HR

Take a look at the exterior of the HR-V and you’ll immediately appreciate the fluid, aggressive lines this vehicle has to offer. The design is actually based on the ‘Dynamic Cross Solid’ concept, which is all about lines that not only look good, but provide advantages in terms of aerodynamics as well. With a multitude of safety features, rest assured that you’re in safe hands when you’re in the HR-V. After all, the SUV has been awarded with five stars in the ASEAN NCAP safety rating, which is no surprise, considering it has six Airbags (V variant), a Multi-Angle Rearview Camera (V variant), LED Daytime Running Lights (DRL, V variant), Hill Start Assist (HSA), Vehicle Stability Assist (VSA), as well as the Automatic Brake Hold and Electric Parking Brake. Inside the HR-V is a 1.8 i-VTEC SOHC engine that’s mated to a new Continuous Variable Transmission (CVT), which was developed under Honda’s Earth Dreams Technology. Together, these two components are capable of delivering enough power for spirited driving, whilst being smooth when cruising and, more importantly, when you’re braving the traffic. The HR-V comes with a host of smart and intuitive features. For a start, there’s a 7-inch Display Audio system that puts plenty of entertainment options at your fingertips. There’s also the Touch Panel Auto AirConditioning, Smart Entry with Push Start Button, Cruise Control, and ECON Mode. For a dash of coolness, the illumination ring around the speedometer changes colors based on the driving mode and can be customized further. You wouldn’t want to be settle for an interior that’s boring and bland, would you? The HR-V utilizes Honda’s original ‘center tank’ layout to incorporate more space in the cabin area. Even more amazing is the Multi-Utility Cargo Space system – where the rear seats can be configured in various modes, including Utility Mode, Tall Mode, and Long Mode, letting you transport everything, and that includes the kitchen sink. The Honda HR-V is available in five colors – Modern Steel Metallic, Taffeta White, Alabaster Silver Metallic, Crystal Black Pearl, and Ruse Black Metallic. Honda Malaysia is offering a 5-year warranty with unlimited mileage and a service interval of 10,000km with every HR-V purchase.
