By 2018, 50 percent of the fastestgrowing companies will have fewer employees than instances of smart machines

HWM (Malaysia) - - BUSINESS PRODUCTIVITY -

As this trend, IT leaders will begin to take on the responsibility to manage hybrid ecosystems that consist of employees and smart machines, while CIOs will promote the use of smart technologies as a supplement to hiring people. This prediction is driven by the adoption of IoT, which in turn creates an opportunity for machines and people to create a co-dependency relationship. Companies may look at these devices as clients, while machines need people to maintain them.
