Final Fantasy XV Launches on September 30, 2016 in Three Different Editions
It's been a long time coming, but fans of the
series will finally be able to dive into its latest main installment, when it becomes available on both the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One on September 30, 2016.
will depict the story of Noctis, the crown prince of the Kingdom of Lucis, who is trying to reclaim his throne after being betrayed and attacked by the Empire of Niflheim. He won't be doing it single-handedly though, because joining him on his quest are his childhood friends: Ignis, Gladiolus, and Prompto.

In fact, there will even be a full-length 3D-animated feature film that runs parallel to the events of called But rather than following the adventures of Noctis and his band of friends, Kingsglaive will instead be focusing on Noctis' father, King Regis, as he attempts to stave off Niflheim's imperial army from taking over the Kingdom of Lucis.
As with most newly launched games, the PS4 version of
will be available as a Standard Edition, Deluxe Edition, and Ultimate Collector's Edition. They will be retailing for RM259, RM399, and RM1,399, respectively.
While the Standard Edition only includes the base
game along with a downloadable Masamune sword, the Deluxe Edition will comprise all content of the Standard Edition, but with an additional Blu-ray copy of
and downloadable content such as a Royal Raiment outfit, and a Platinum Leviathan coating for Noctis' car.
Naturally, it is the Ultimate Collector's Edition that comes with the most amount of goodies, which includes all the content of the Deluxe Edition, a Blu-ray copy of
a Blu-ray Disc Music (which features the soundtrack of and
an artbook, and a Noctis action figure.
