HWM (Malaysia) - - APERTURE - LEARN -

ZEISS is making a bold statement with the Otus range of lenses – that they're the best lenses in the world, and the Otus 1.4/28 is the best wideangle lens in the world. It has a focal length of 28mm, which is reasonably wide, making it ideal for landscapes and architecture. With a maximum aperture of f/1.4, this lens can be used in virtually any lighting conditions.

What's interesting though is that this is an apochromat lens, which means that chromatic aberrations are corrected, thanks to elements with anomalous partial dispersion. What this basically means is that you won't see overly-bright color fringing when shooting in bright conditions, or at night.
