Huawei P10 bests iPhone in DxOMark Mobile
The P10 scores 87 points in DxO Mark Mobile, higher than the iPhone 7.
Huawei is definitely making waves with its dual-camera system on the P10. Recently, DxOMark Mobile, one of the most trusted sources for reviews on camera phones, awarded the P10 with a score 87 points. In comparison, the iPhone 7 was awarded 86 points.
According to the reviewer, the P10 has a sub-score of 88 points, and “is excellent, thanks to generally good exposures in all conditions, including extreme low light, and good color rendering with accurate white balance.”
The dual-camera system on the P10 features Leica Summilux-H lenses and an aperture of f/1.8. There are two lenses onboard – a 20MP monochrome sensor and a 12MP RGB sensor that comes with optical image stabilization (OIS).
The Huawei P10 is a 5.1-inch phone with a Full HD panel, and it runs on the Kirin 960 octa-core SoC. Other specifications include up to 4GB of RAM and 128GB of storage. As for software, it's on Android 7.0 and EMUI 5.1.
With a score of 87, the Huawei P10 beats the iPhone 7 in DxOMark Mobile.
