Veeam pro­motes McKay and Baronov to Co-CEO roles

Veeam Soft­ware re­cently pro­moted Pres­i­dent and COO Peter McKay and Co-Founder and CTO An­drei Baronov to the po­si­tion of Co-CEOs. The man­age­ment reshuf­fle saw cur­rent CEO Wil­liam H. Lar­gent tak­ing on the role of Chair­man of the Fi­nance and Com­pen­sa­tion Com­mit­tees.

In their new role, both Co-CEOs will fo­cus on key func­tional com­pe­ten­cies, with McKay spear­head­ing Veeam’s go-to-mar­ket, fi­nance, and HR func­tions, and Baronov con­tinue with his ex­ist­ing CTO re­spon­si­bil­i­ties, and over­see­ing Veeam’s R&D, mar­ket strat­egy, and prod­uct man­age­ment func­tions.

McKay, Baronov, and Lar­gent also serve as mem­bers of the Board of Direc­tors.
