Navigate your own plane

Waze introduces Voice Recorder and MAS plane icon.

HWM (Malaysia) - - HOT SHOTS -

Ever thought that the available navigator options on Waze are just not for you? Do you feel that each one is missing a little something in terms of personality? Worry not, as you can now be your own navigator on Waze. The Voice Recorder function lets you record your own turn-byturn voice prompts, so you can give your own navigation the personality you want. Be the serious navigator or the comic that doesn’t take his or her job seriously enough, whatever your preference of navigator to make your drive a more pleasant one.

In addition, Waze has also teamed up with Malaysia Airlines to let you simulate a ‘pilot experience’. Well, almost. You can, for a limited time, change the icon of your car in Waze to that of a MAS plane. All you have to do is simply go into your Waze settings, and look for ‘display & map’ followed by ‘car on map’. This feature is only available in selected countries, and for a limited time only, so have your fun driving a plane on the road while it’s still available.
