A name synonymous with quality storage solutions, Apacer revealed three militarygrade USB 3.1 Gen 1 portable hard drives at COMPUTEX this year. Both the AC630 and AC631 offer shock-, dust- and water-proof protection, thanks to built-in rubber frames and IP55 certification. For additional protection, the AC632 features anti-vibration resistance against data loss and drive failure.

For the ultimate in data protection, look no further than the AC730, a portable USB 3.1 Gen 1 hard drive that’s not only encased in finely cast aluminum alloy, but also compliant with Mil-Spec drop test (from a height of 1.2m) and IP68 standard. If you’re looking for a pocketsized 240GB drive, the ASMini SSD should fit your bill. It sports a USB 3.1 Gen 1 Type-C port, and is rated at 450MB/s read and 400MB/s write, respectively.

With pressure resistance of up to 1,500kg, you can literally run a car tire over the AC730, and it will survive the process.

The pocketable ASMini SSD is no bigger than a business card.
