Veeam Soft­ware expands its part­ner­ship with Nu­tanix

vail­abil­ity so­lu­tions provider Veeam Soft­ware re­cently announced that it will fur­ther strengthen its part­ner­ship with cloud com­put­ing and hyper-con­verged in­fra­struc­ture CI ven­dor Nu­tanix by be­com­ing the Premier vail­abil­ity so­lu­tions provider for its vir­tu­ali ed en­vi­ron­ments.

In ad­di­tion, Veeam will also be up­dat­ing its ag­ship so­lu­tion, Veeam vail­abil­ity Suite, with sup­port for Nu­tanix crop­o­lis yper­vi­sor V , al­low­ing joint Veeam and Nu­tanix cus­tomers to lever­age on Veeam’s host of en­ter­prise-class avail­abil­ity so­lu­tions.

In re­turn, Nu­tanix will recogni e Veeam as a Strate­gic Tech­nol­ogy Part­ner within the Nu­tanix El­e­vate lliance Part­ner Pro­gram, and will be granted a spot in the new Nu­tanix Mar­ket­place as a fea­tured app.

Mar­ket in­tel­li­gence rm, IDC, pre­dicts that the hyper-con­verged in­fra­struc­ture mar­ket will be worth US$7.5 bil­lion ap­prox. M32.2 bil­lion by 2 21, as busi­nesses and en­ter­prises are be­gin­ning to recogni e the ad­van­tages that it has over legacy in­fra­struc­ture, such as bet­ter scal­a­bil­ity and ef ciency, and more com­pre­hen­sive data pro­tec­tion.
