Young ASEAN Manager’s Award 2012 is
The ASEAN Insurance Training & Research Institute (AITRI) and ASEAN Insurance Council (AIC) are very proud to organise the Young ASEAN Manager’s Award 2012. We would like to invite all eligible young managers in ASEAN insurance economies to submit their entries. This year, the award ceremony will be held in Bangkok, Thailand on 13 December 2012. The prestigious award was introduced by the AIC to honour outstanding young managers for their achievements, contributions and dedication to the insurance industry and to recognise their potentials as future leaders in ASEAN insurance economies.
The professional judges for this award will be prominent leaders from the insurance industry. All entries will be evaluated by a panel of judges. Three finalists will be shortlisted and announced on our website, www.aitri.org/event. The finalists will be invited to attend a selection interview in Thailand.
Announcement of the Winner
The winner will be announced during the opening ceremony of the 15th ASEAN Insurance Regulators and the 38th ASEAN Insurance Council meetings in Thailand on 13 December 2012.
Criteria/Who can Enter
Open to all managers working in the insurance industry within the ASEAN Region. The candidate must be a manager who: is 40 years old and below (as at 1.1.2012). Nominees born before 1 January 1972 are not eligible to enter
is an ASEAN nationality has been in the insurance industry for a minimum of FIVE (5) years is competent and has shown outstanding leadership within the company and the industry is innovative and creative in managing people and the business has been successful in undertaking very difficult management or business challenges, and has been contributing positively to promote the image of the insurance industry
How to Enter
Complete the nomination form. Forms can be downloaded from our website, www.aitri.org/event Must include an essay submission based on five (5) questions (in English). Entries may include additional supporting documents such as candidate’s documented achievements, etc.
