RANDOM ACTS OF KINDNESS GO A LONG WAY.
The next time you spend your Sundays baking up a cupcake storm, bake a couple of extras for those around your cubicle. People respond to random acts of kindness and this could help the way you are perceived in the office. If you don’t bake, then anything from grabbing a colleague’s print outs from the copy machine to replacing the water dispenser can show the entire office that you are a person who cares and is clearly a team player. It’s also just nice to do things and expect nothing in return.
