ABOUT THE PROGRAMME
DMII is a technical and supervisory qualification, developed with the objective of providing students with firm grounding in insurance fundamentals, thus enabling them to build towards advanced technical knowledge in insurance. DMII is ideal for staff of insurance companies who need the technical knowledge and practical skills at the operation level, as well as those who are looking to build a career with a future supervisory role in mind. The programme has been designed in consultation with employers to ensure that participants gain relevant competencies for various roles in their insurance career. Students may choose to proceed into the Associateship programme and earn an advanced qualification. With only 6 additional insurance subjects of 30 credits each, the AMII can be earned.
Whilst, AMII is designed to produce highly qualified and capable individuals who will be able to meet the challenges of rapid growth and sustainable progress in the global insurance industry. These courses are conducted through formal lectures, students participates in discussions, class activities, tutorial, test, assignments and final examination. All lectures are conducted in English by practitioners who are highly qualified and experience. Credit exemptions may be awarded for prior learning by submitting the exemption form with the necessary supporting documents.
