Sales and Mar­ket­ing ac­tiv­i­ties with mea­sure­ment tools such as daily call re­ports, weekly work plans and monthly prod­uct and mar­ket anal­y­sis.

such as Con­fer­ences, New prod­uct launches, Mem­ber­ship de­vel­op­ment and In­sti­tu­tional sales.

to Man­age­ment.

Re­quire­ments:

Ad­min­is­tra­tion or In­sur­ance. A Mas­ter's De­gree holder would be pre­ferred, with a strong project man­age­ment ap­ti­tude.

years of rel­e­vant ex­pe­ri­ence, of which 5 years are at man­age­rial ca­pac­ity to lead a de­part­ment.

de­vel­op­ment, prod­uct mar­ket­ing, prod­uct launch, con­fer­ence / event plan­ning and ex­e­cu­tion, mem­ber­ship de­vel­op­ment.

2. SE­NIOR EX­EC­U­TIVE, EVENTS MAN­AGE­MENT

Re­spon­si­bil­i­ties:

pro­vid­ing the over­all event di­rec­tion for the events / con­fer­ences.

and pan­el­lists from in­vi­ta­tion up to se­cur­ing of pre­sen­ta­tion ma­te­ri­als, co­or­di­nat­ing of ac­com­mo­da­tion, etc.

nec­es­sary equip­ment is avail­able and make in­formed rec­om­men­da­tions based on the re­search.

look­ing at mar­ket trends and gaug­ing of in­ter­est from po­ten­tial par­tic­i­pants.

mak­ing sure that bud­get is well-man­aged and ad­min­is­tra­tive func­tions are fully op­er­a­tional i.e. in­ter­preter, sec­re­tar­ial ser­vices, col­la­tion of del­e­gate lists, co­or­di­na­tion of con­fer­ence ne­ces­si­ties (del­e­gate badges, ac­com­mo­da­tion, ex­hi­bi­tion, F&B, course ma­te­ri­als, del­e­gates packs, goodie bags, etc.)

mar­kets via rap­port and re­la­tion­ship build­ing ini­tia­tives.

del­e­gates and rel­e­vant or­gan­i­sa­tions.

3. EX­EC­U­TIVE - SALES, EVENTS AND MEM­BER­SHIP MAR­KET­ING

Re­spon­si­bil­i­ties:

in­clud­ing sales demon­stra­tion and pro­mo­tion, as­sist­ing in all com­pany events within the Klang Val­ley and oc­ca­sion­ally at the states within Malaysia.

for the com­pany’s pro­fes­sional pro­grammes and short cour­ses, events, con­fer­ences and its re­lated ser­vices.

and to pro­vide re­spon­sive ser­vic­ing of the client ac­count, de­vel­oped and/or as­signed from time to time.
