Graze, Hil­ton Kuala Lumpur’s new restau­rant, boasts a clas­sic Euro­pean menu in­spired by re­gional spe­cial­ties, fresh, or­ganic in­gre­di­ents and the best sea­sonal pro­duce, all served in a stylish but un­pre­ten­tious set­ting. With its “back to ba­sics” phi­los­o­phy, the food at Graze fo­cuses on de­liv­er­ing au­then­tic dishes with bold, ro­bust flavours and will fea­ture a menu that is re­freshed on a reg­u­lar ba­sis.

Sig­na­ture ap­pe­tiz­ers at Graze in­cludes Smoke Loch Fyne Salmon tar­tar with cu­cum­ber rel­ish, potato roesti and dill creme fraiche, Ceasar Salad 63'C, and Warm Quiche a la Lor­raine with Mesclun leaves and Bal­samic re­duc­tion.

Spe­cial mains in­clude Pan-fried Se­abass with Tomato, Olive Salsa and Crushed Dill Pota­toes, Crispy-skinned Loch Fyne Salmon, Saute Leek and Mush­room with Potato Gnochi and Salsa Verde Cream, Span­ish-style Roast Chicken with Leek Fon­due and Fried Pota­toes, this sim­ple but flavour packed dish is “made to order” and takes 25 min­utes to pre­pare, the chicken is roasted in its own juices in tra­di­tional earth­en­ware to re­tain is moist ten­der­ness and in­fused with herby gar­licky good­ness.

For those with a sweet tooth, dessert fea­tures a tra­di­tional Euro­pean favourite, Graze Tiramisu, a de­lec­ta­ble Warm Ap­ple and Plum Crum­ble, Ginger Bread ice-cream and a won­der­ful Choco­late Molleux with Vanilla ice-cream.

Al­ter­na­tively to end the meal, you can choose to go for a cheese plat­ter. Graze serves a choice se­lec­tion of im­ported Euro­pean cheeses dis­played in a spe­cially de­signed tem­per­a­ture con­trolled glass en­clo­sure. Rang­ing from mild creamy French brie and camem­bert op­tions to the in­tense pun­gent wash rind and blue va­ri­eties along with a good se­lec­tion of tra­di­tional goats cheese, it will sat­isfy the palate of any cheese gour­mand.

Graze also of­fers a menu of clas­sic aper­i­tifs and di­ges­tifs. So to make it a truly au­then­tic Euro­pean din­ing ex­pe­ri­ence, start the meal with a pop­u­lar aper­i­tif like Pastis, an aniseed flavoured liquor favoured by the French or a clas­sic Bellini, made with sparkling prosecco and peach. Fin­ish with a pop­u­lar di­ges­tif of de­li­ciously chilled Li­mon­cello or a shot of Grappa.
