YEZI is the first of its kind con­cept steam­boat in the coun­try that uses co­conut-based broth and this con­cept was in­spired from a fa­mous Chi­nese steam­boat restau­rant in Shen­zhen. With mo­ti­va­tion from eating clean and healthy, YEZI’s great em­pha­sis on the broths of co­conut base is com­pli­mented by a wide reper­toire of or­ganic and semi or­ganic dishes fresh from the farm to the ta­ble. The unique of­fer­ing of these spe­cialty co­conut-based broths are avail­able in five unique vari­ants for pa­trons to treat; or­ganic chicken broth, im­pe­rial can­ton broth, aro­matic Tai­wanese beef spice broth, fra­grant ‘Shao Xing’ wine seafood broth and wild for­est truf­fle mush­room broth. YEZI’s dishes are freshly pre­pared daily from the kitchen which in­cludes home­made balls, dumplings and pastes. The veg­eta­bles are mostly or­ganic or washed to be pes­ti­cide free. Pre­mium meant of­fer­ing such as the world renowned Mat­susaka beef are flown ex­clu­sively from Ja­pan on weekly ba­sis. Fresh seafood of­fer­ings in­clude a va­ri­ety of all-time steam­boat pair­ing fa­vorites in­clud­ing fishes, crus­taceans and shell fishes are dis­played through a gi­gan­tic aquar­ium for pa­trons to choose.
