Born and raised in Singapore to a food-loving family, Andrew Shu has spent many weekends on food trails in both his hometown and throughout Malaysia. Having lived in Malaysia for the past 15 years, he has grown to appreciate the various cuisines available locally, be it hawker fare or fine dining.
