• An out­stand­ing dish we are quite par­tial to: the slowly cooked (sous vide) seabass and crab royale with creamy ragout of zucchini, green ap­ple and ap­ple cider emul­sion.

• Desserts are a high­light, with the de­light­ful mango pral­iné par­fait with pas­sion fruit jelly, pral­iné sponge and choco­late touch top­ping the list. The re­vised straw­berry crum­ble, mar­bled straw­berry and vanilla ice cream is an­other hit.
