Chef Daniel pre­pares some very tan­ta­lis­ing treats and there should be few com­plaints from those who en­joy cre­ative con­tem­po­rary cui­sine fea­tur­ing pre­mium pro­duce.

• For a fresh lively starter, go for the smoked Nor­we­gian salmon with cau­li­flower purée and wasabi.

• While the wasabi crust looks like it may over­power the rich flavour of the Wagyu beef cheek, it ac­tu­ally pro­vides just the right spice to com­ple­ment the ten­der and suc­cu­lent beef. The Black An­gus beef is an­other ex­cel­lently pre­pared dish but the cit­rus-based ponzu sauce is a match that may not be to ev­ery­one’s taste.
