Once Kuching’s only fine dining restau­rant, The Steak­house has man­aged to re­tain its stan­dards and hold its own against the crop of new places in town.


Apart from a clas­sic menu fea­tur­ing steak­house sta­ples, there is also a sep­a­rate so-called “fu­sion” menu, which fea­tures op­tions such as baked cod with edamame beans.
