A beau­ti­ful view of the Petronas Tow­ers, along with good food and a plush set­ting are just some rea­sons to head this way.


The menu at Cedar on 15 may be rel­a­tively compact, but there is plenty to be had—from French oys­ters and Aus­tralian lob­ster to Mem­phis-style ribs and Nor­we­gian salmon.

Start with the fresh bur­rata cheese, which is clev­erly pre­sented to re­sem­ble a Ja­panese sushi roll and comes with basil olive oil on the side. The cream of topin am­bour aka Jerusalem ar­ti­choke boasts com­plex flavours and is highly rec­om­mended. It is served with truf­fle oil on the side to use at your dis­cre­tion, a lovely unique touch. In fact, many of the dishes at Cedar on 15 come with lit­tle add-ons like this. You can’t go wrong with the Wagyu ten­der­loin, which has just the right amount of fat and needs lit­tle adorn­ment.
