Cham­ber’s Grill wears its love for meat on its sleeve and is un­apolo­get­i­cally car­nivourous. In short, this is a meat lover’s dream come true, but ex­pect to pay a pre­mium price.


Apart from a unique ro­batayaki style counter, it also boasts spe­cial Hi­malayan salt cham­bers where prime cuts are dry-aged to in­ten­sify their flavour and im­prove their tex­ture.

The mains come in suit­ably hearty por­tions, so be sure to pace your­self from the get-go. Sound choices for light starters in­clude the tiger prawns with baby mesclun and roasted Roma tomato soup with Pa­cific Blue swim­mer crab. For the true and true car­ni­vore, the Tom­a­hawk and the Porter­house are must-tries.
