The menu clearly caters to di­verse bud­gets—you can snack for un­der RM30 or cel­e­brate a new deal with bel­uga and Ar­mand de Brignac Rosé Reims.

The cold capellini pasta with prawn is as de­li­cious as it is pho­to­genic, with av­o­cado, ocean trout, salmon, mo­mo­taro tomato, four plump prawns and a dust­ing of caviar. Pos­si­bly the most sub­stan­tial dish on the menu is a slow­cooked (32 hours) beef ribs with ap­ple bar­be­cue sauce and mashed potato. The sig­na­ture dessert is choco­late sphere— hot choco­late lava sauce poured over a gold-cover choco­late sphere to ex­pose a hazel­nut cream magma within.
