Man­darin Grill serves up a for­mi­da­ble menu of grill house favourites metic­u­lously pre­pared with qual­ity in­gre­di­ents. The classy set­ting with views of KLCC Park doesn't hurt ei­ther.


The stars of the menu are the meats, avail­able in myr­iad cuts. Cooked in a Josper grill, they come out in­cred­i­bly ten­der and packed with flavour.

Start with a grill house stal­wart— crab cake. Here it is paired with sweet Malaysian chilli-mango salsa, dill-in­fused cu­cum­ber and a dol­lop of Scot­tish sea trout caviar. For mains, zero in on the beef. We rec­om­mend the Aus­tralian Black An­gus ten­der­loin, all 220 grams of grain­fed whole­some good­ness. Or opt for the the hay-smoked Wagyu Sher beef rib­eye with a mar­ble score of 8 and served with a sin­ful gruyere cheese souffle and black truf­fle jus.
